Zac and Joshua came out to fix a bad install by my builder (new home from 2021). Evaporator Coil splash guard lip did not channel water into the main drip pan - thus some of the water ended up in the box… More and eventually dripped into the secondary/backup pan. The crew had to remove the old guard, scape off the atrocious silicon (not mandated by Carrier install documentation), and reinstall the splash guard properly (reordered Carrier part). Everything sealed up properly.

A lot of times when you call HVAC companies out you never know if you are getting a straight shooter but thankfully Blake was a top notch tech who knew his stuff! They truly are 24/7 but only to learn your issue and give you a (very) rough estimate of when they will arrive. At 10:45am Saturday they called to say it will be afternoon due to several people ahead of me.
