  A lot of times when you call HVAC companies out you never know if you are getting a straight shooter but thankfully Blake was a top notch tech who knew his stuff! At no point did it seem like he was trying to pressure us into getting something we didn’t need while also clearly explaining what all of our options are with no high pressure sales tactics, which is often not the case for a lot of these businesses.

At 10:45am Saturday they called to say it will be afternoon due to several people ahead of me. At 3pm they said in 40 minutes, and exactly 40 minutes later they arrived.👍They found the issue and fixed my A/C in just 15 minutes (bad capacitor)!
  All of the above is just to say that if you need service at 10pm on a Friday night, Country Air is the only place that will answer the phone and give you a rough arrival time that will be updated the next day. But you can count on them to fix your problem on that day! They get right to the problem and get that fixed without trying to add extra work to the bill. I will definitely use Country Air for all my A/C issues in the future!
