Zac and Joshua came out to fix a bad install by my builder (new home from 2021). Evaporator Coil splash guard lip did not channel water into the main drip pan - thus some of the water ended up in the box… More and eventually dripped into the secondary/backup pan. The crew had to remove the old guard, scape off the atrocious silicon (not mandated by Carrier install documentation), and reinstall the splash guard properly (reordered Carrier part). Everything sealed up properly.

A lot of times when you call HVAC companies out you never know if you are getting a straight shooter but thankfully Blake was a top notch tech who knew his stuff! They truly are 24/7 but only to learn your issue and give you a (very) rough estimate of when they will arrive. At 10:45am Saturday they called to say it will be afternoon due to several people ahead of me. All of the above is just to say that if you need service at 10pm on a Friday night, Country Air is the only place that will answer the phone and give you a rough arrival time that will be updated the next day. This was my first time using this company after another one giving me the run around. The front office lady I talked to on the phone, Angelina, was SO nice. She listened to all my problems from another… More company not doing anything about my AC issues. She actually cared. I called at 2 pm on a Friday and they got me in same day, no problem. The tech that came out to find the issue for us, Zac, AMAZING. So helpful, knowledgeable, very trustworthy, all around good person. I would recommend this company to everyone! (not getting paid for this, they are just awesome and I was blown away because we’ve have terrible HVAC experiences) We’ll never use another company and always ask for Zac if he’s available!
